Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with colorectal cancer who have undergone radical resection due to liver metastasis; 2. The patient was diagnosed as intrahepatic recurrence by B-ultrasound, CT or MRI and serum tumor markers. Indications for repeat hepatic resection include: 1. Patients with complete R0 resection of intrahepatic lesions; 2. Patients have enough capacity of residual liver (>30%); 3. With normal hepatic inflow and outflow tract; 4. Without surgical contraindication. Indications for radiofrequency ablation: 1. The number of tumors 4 and the maximum diameter of the tumor = 60 x 10^9 / L and prothrombin activity >= 50%.
