18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years; 2. With histologically proved rectal adenocarcinoma located = 4.0 x 10^9/L, absolute neutrophil counts (ANC) >= 2.0 x 10^9/L, hemoglobin > 120 g/L, platelet counts >= 100 x 10^9/L; 7. Patients who will sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute and chronic infection, rheumatism, immune system or hematopoietic dysfunction; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. With disorders of mental illness or mental retardation; 4. Patients participating in other clinical studies or drug experiments at the same time.
