Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Included in the international WHO expert committee on diabetes (1999) diagnostic criteria were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes patients and health volunteers at physical examination centers, aged 20-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute complications of diabetes, various acute and chronic infections, connective tissue disease, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver dysfunction, severe trauma, malignant tumors, Other types of eye diseases and other types of kidney disease.
