18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Satisfy the Classification Criteria for Psoriatic Arthritis (CASPAR criteria). 2) Age between 18 and 75 years. 3) Active psoriatic arthritis (defined as symptoms at an unacceptably bothersome level as reported by the patient and judged by the examining health care provider to be due to PsA based on the presenceof at least 1 of the following: actively inflamed joints, dactylitis,enthesitis, axial disease, active skin and/or nail involvement,and/or extraarticular manifestations such as uveitis or inflammatorybowel disease (IBD). 4) Agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy, lactation or pregnancy planner within the next 2 years. 2) Psoriatic arthritis with psoriatic spondylitis/axial disease asthe main manifestation. 3) Other situations that the clinician determines are not suitable for participation.
