Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients under 50 years old; 2. Patients with traumatic old or acute complete spinal cord injury; 3. Patients with spinal cord injury at the level of the thoracic segment; 4. Patients who are willing to receive the treatment without mental disorder and can cooperate with the clinical trial and sign the informed consent; The informed consent process complies with relevant regulations. 5. Patients with normal cardiopulmonary function can tolerate long-term operation, and ASA grades I-II.
