Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe craniocerebral trauma patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020, age 18-60 years old, gender no restriction, can be combined with other injuries; The injury time ranged from 1 to 10 days, and the GCS scores were all 8 points. The patient's family members were informed voluntarily and signed the informed consen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intracranial pressure > 30 MMHG. Active intracranial bleeding; Previous history of cerebral trauma after encephalitis stroke; Complicated with diseases of heart, liver, lung, kidney and blood; Implantation of various kinds of pacemakers and patients with frequent cardiac arrhythmia; Pregnant women; Patients with hydrocephalus or intracranial pressure increase of 30mmHg; Previous vagotomy; Chronic hypoxia with hypotension.
