Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Early stage of cachexia: weight loss no more than 5%, anorexia / metabolic changes; (2) Cachexia phase: weight loss above 5%; BMI less than 18.5 and weight loss above 2%; meet the criteria for sarcopenia and weight loss above 2%, decreased food intake / systemic immunity; (3) Refractory period of cachexia: The tumor continues to progress, does not respond to treatment, active catabolism, and continuous loss of weight cannot be retrieved; the WHO fitness score is 3 or 4, and the expected survival time is less 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with allergies or allergies to various drugs; (2) Patients with severe thrombophlebitis, thromboembolic disease, severe liver damage and hypercalcemia due to bone metastasis; (3) Pregnant women and lactating women; (4) cancerous complete intestinal obstruction combined with eating disorders and intestinal dysfunction.
