Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients with pneumonia of unknown cause admitted to the isolation ward of the infection department of our hospital for observation according to the diagnosis and treatment specifications of the sixth edition of pneumonia with novel coronavirus infection; 3. Blood pressure 90-150/60-100mmhg, respiratory rate 12-20 times/min, heart rate 60-100 times/min; 4. The limbs can move autonomically, and can complete the corresponding movements of the eight segments of lung exercise; 5. Patients or their families agreed to accept the study, and an informed consent was signed before the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart rate: heart rate 130 beats/min; 2. New myocardial ischemia or arrhythmia; 3. Blood pressure: mean arterial pressure (MAP)110mmHg; 4. Body temperature: >= 38.5 degrees C; 5. Blood oxygen saturation <= 93%; 6. Hemodynamic instability; 7. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction or new progressive aggravation of liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. Patients with endotracheal intubation or tracheotomy, and patients with mechanical ventilation; 9. Other complications not suitable for respiratory rehabilitation; 10. Patients with cognitive and consciousness disorders who cannot cooperate with the training.
