Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the examination of head imaging and angiography, it is confirmed to meet the relevant diagnostic standards of acute ischemic stroke in the Chinese guide for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2019, and digital subtraction angiography is performed to identify the responsible vessels. The patients are accompanied with obvious signs and symptoms of cerebral infarction such as facial numbness, angular deviation, limb numbness, language disorder, consciousness disorder, vertigo, convulsion, etc.; NIHSS Score 10-34; stroke time of anterior circulation < 8h, posterior circulation < 12h; MR diffusion-weighted imaging confirmed cerebral infarction in the blood supply area of cerebral artery; patients were first onset, with complete clinical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Early CT Score of Alberta Stroke Programe in patients with anterior and posterior circulation occlusion is less than 6 points; there is bleeding tendency; epilepsy after cerebral infarction; other serious diseases; autoimmune diseases; serious organic dysfunction of liver and kidney; recent (within 2 months) trauma or operation history; diastolic pressure > 110mmhg or systolic pressure > 180mmhg after drug control; serious heart, liver and kidney functions The patients with abnormal or severe mental disorders, expected survival time < 2 years and intracranial venous and venous sinus thrombosis.
