Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eighty cases of free ankle flap transplantation were included. The patients voluntarily accepted general anesthesia or general anesthesia combined with peripheral nerve block.Ages 20 to 60, American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Burns, electrical injuries, peripheral nerve or vascular diseases (such as raynaud's disease, diabetic neuropathy, etc.), infection at the puncture site, history of serious cardiovascular disease, grade 3 of hypertension, previous history of mental illness, local anaesthetic allergy, neurological diseases, sensory disorders.
