Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with COVID-19 infection that meet the diagnostic criteria of "the 5th edition Pneumonitis diagnosis and treatment guideline for COVID-19 infection of China"; 2. Age- and sex-matched normal people and patients with influenza A and B.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are using warfarin or with bleeding disorders or bleeding tendencies; 2. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent;
