Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who agree to join the study and signed the informed consent; 2. Aged >16 years old; 3. Patients with CRP more than twice the upper limit of laboratory test; 4. The severe or critial patients with COVID-19 according to the sixth edition of guideline for diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 from national health council; 5. With renal injury: (1) CKD 5 stage; (2) Acute kidney injury: increase in SCr by >26.5umol/L within 48 hours; or increase in SCr to >1.5 times baseline; or urine volume <0.5ml/Kg/h for 6 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to establish proper vascular access; 2. Patients with hemodynamic instability; 3. With severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. With active bleeding, especially intracranial hemorrhage; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Patients not suitable for this study judged by researchers.
