Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: we collected 30 mild and common type patients who have positive SARS-CoV-2 of throat swab and 30 suspected patients who have negative nucleic acid but have some symptoms (fever, cough, etc) as controls

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe patients and juveniles
