LABA:Treatment with indarterol powder (150 µg / capsule)

40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for COPD, who is in stable situation, or hospitalized patients because of acute exacerbation entering the stable phase after standard treatment; 2. Chinese han race population; 3. Aged > 40 years; 4. Patients who can go to the hospital for treatment; 5. Patients who accept the treatment of fluticasone furoate and Viagra powder (100 µ g / 25 µ g / inhalation) or indadatro powder (150 µ g / granule) for at least 12 weeks 6. Patients who can understand and complete the questionnaire independently
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of asthma or other respiratory diseases (bronchodilation, interstitial pneumonia, occupational lung disease, sarcoidosis, etc.); 2. Tuberculosis: active tuberculosis, old tuberculosis affects lung function (such as chronic fibrovascular tuberculosis, lung damage, tuberculous pleurisy caused by extensive pleural hypertrophy); 3. Patients with cardiovascular and autoimmune diseases 4. Clinically significant history of circulatory failure; 5. Patients who is allergic or/and who has contraindications to the study drugs 6. Obvious contraindications for spirometry (history of myocardial infarction, cerebral artery or aortic aneurysm, history of eye surgery, hemoptysis).
