Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed as COVID-19 by nucleic acid test; 2. Severe ARDS patients according to the Berlin definition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged<14 years; 2. Accompanied by other serious organ dysfunction (including severe liver and kidney dysfunction, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, DIC, etc.).
