Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mixed hemorrhoids undergoing selective external dissection and internal ligation were older than 18 years old and younger than 65 years old, ASAI-II grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergic history, hemorrhagic diseases, severe liver, kidney or heart diseases, mental illness, obesity, pregnancy and lactation,long term or ongoing use of narcotic analgesics and other psychoactive drugs.Complication with other anal diseases such as anal fistula, anal fissure and perianal abscess.
