Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients above the age of 18 years; 3. Patients within 3 months; 4. Patients with at least one risk factor for atherosclerosis, such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking, and alcohol consumption; 5. Patients with responsible intracranial artery stenosis confirmed by DSA; Or the patients confirmed by brain MRA, CTA and TCD to have responsible intracranial artery stenosis and to be examined by DSA; 6. Patients who can sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose clinical symptoms are caused by a series of extracranial artery stenosis; 2. Score of MRS > 1 before the stroke; 3. Patients with intracranial vascular occlusion; 4. Patients with intracranial artery stenosis related to vascular malformation, moyamoya disease or arteritis, aneurysm, etc.; 5. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage or traumatic cerebral infarction confirmed by skull impact examination; 6. Patients with cerebral infarction due to cardiogenic stroke and other possible causes such as vasculitis, coagulation abnormality and tumor embolism; 7. Patients taking proton pump inhibitors, antibiotics, bismuth and other drugs that affect HP detection within 2 weeks before admission; 8. With treatment history of helicobacter pylori; 9. Patients with obvious infection of respiratory system and urinary system on admission.
