Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative diagnosis of lumbar tuberculosis and confirmed by postoperative pathological examination; (2) Single segment thoracic tuberculosis in adults; (3) Undergoing one stage posterior debridement with bone grafting and internal fixation; (4) Undergoing iliac bone graft, titanium mesh bone graft or autogenous granular bone graft; (5) The follow-up time was longer than 12 months and the follow-up data were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other segmental spinal tuberculosis; (2) Previous history of spinal surgery; (3) Active pulmonary tuberculosis, malignant tumor, etc.;
