65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Above the age of 65 years old; 2.Intertrochanteric fracture or femoral neck fracture; 3.Surgical treatment (total hip replacement, femoral head replacement, extramedullary fixation, intramedullary fixation); 4.The medical history is well documented.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Iatrogenic or pathologic fracture; 2. Patients with combined fractures of other parts and concurrent surgical treatment; 3. Patients who have recently undergone secondary or above surgery for other surgical diseases (according to the 2011 ministry of health surgery classification and classification catalogue); 4. Patients with severe medical comorbidities could not be treated surgically for hip fracture1.
