Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 75 years,patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of PMVA: (1) Typical labor-type angina for at least half a year,the duration of chest pain was greater than 10 mins, and nitroglycerin had poor therapeutic effect. (2) Electrocardiogram conventional 12-lead trace or dynamic ECG monitoring showed at least one ST-segment ischemic down-shift >=0.01 mm. (3) Exercise flat test positive (ST-segment ischemic down-shift >= 0.01mm) or dynamic ECG monitoring showed at least one ST-segment ischemic down-shift >=0.01 mm. (4) The left ventricular function of the echocardiogram was normal, and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was >55%. (5) Coronary angiography showed normal or near normal (contrast findings suggest normal or irregular epicardial coronary vessel wall, mild stenosis of lumen discontinuity, stenosis < 20%), no spontaneous coronary artery spasm Performance, TIMI blood flow 1-2 patients. (6) CMR confirmed the presence of coronary microcirculation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Organic heart disease including coronary heart disease, coronary artery spasm, coronary artery bridge, primary cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, pulmonary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease; (2) Myocardial injury: including myocarditis, systemic and myocardial damage; (3) Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes patients; (4) Arrhythmia requiring drug control; (5) Complete left bundle branch block, II and III degree atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome; (6) Severe congestive heart failure; (7) Malignant tumors; (8) Other diseases such as lung, esophagus, and aortic dissection that can cause chest pain; (9) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (10) Patients with acute or chronic inflammatory diseases and severe trauma; (11) Endocrine system diseases; (12) Anemia; (13) Peripheral vascular disease; (14) Pregnancy and lactation women; (15) Magnetic resonance examination for contraindicated patients; (16) Patients with penicillin allergy; (17) Those who cannot adhere to the drugs.
