Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=60 years; 2. ASA grade I ~ II; 3. BMI <=28kg/m2; 4. Laparoscopic radical gastrointestinal tumor resection under general anesthesia (operation time 2-4 hours); 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindication to nasal administration (such as nasal cavity defect or lesion); 2. Previous hypertension and diabetes; 3. have a history of insulin allergy; 4. Have a history of alcoholism; 5. Inability to communicate before surgery (coma, deep dementia or speech impairment, severe visual and hearing impairments); 6. The pre-operative mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score is too low [illiteracy <17 points, elementary school level <20 points, middle school level (including technical secondary school) <24 points]; 7. Severe heart, liver and kidney disease; 8. nervous system disorders or a history of mental illness.
