Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent internal fixation surgery for lower limb fractures at selected time; 2. Age >= 65 years, body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg/m2; 3. ASA II - III level of patients; 4. The patient volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent in accordance with relevant regulations; 5. Able to complete mini mental state examinatio (MMSE), visual analogue scale (VAS), generalized anxiety disorder scale (gad-7), depression screening scale (phq-9), and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) with preoperative MMSE score >= 27.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications of general anesthesia; 2.Allergies to any research-related drugs; 3.Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, central nervous system and mental illness, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Patients with a history of chronic pain, long-term use of anti-anxiety and depression drugs, sedatives, alcohol and drug abuse; 5.For patients with intraoperative blood loss greater than 30% of blood volume and needing a second operation, postoperative infection and postoperative respiratory complications occurred; 6.Any other circumstance in which the investigator considers it inappropriate to participate in the study or cannot cooperate with the study for any reason.
