22 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who are (1) aged 22 or above, (2) has experienced recurrent implantation failure (RIF).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. having a known history of psychiatric illness (e.g. major depressive disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, etc.); 2. already have having at least one living child; 3. having an injury that do not permit simple exercises, and 4. participating in other psychosocial intervention (e.g. mindfulness or yoga).
