18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed with stroke by Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) or Computed Tomography (CT) examination for the first time; 2) Less than 6 months after onset; 3) 18 to 80 years of age; 4) The affected limb has no or only a little active movement of shoulder and elbow extension; 5) Able to understand the physician's orders; 6) Electroencephalography (EEG) showed compensatory expression of event-related desynchronization potential.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Aphasia, severe cognitive impairment, severe depression; 2) Unstable condition, including orthostatic hypotension, sepsis, epilepsy; 3) Unilateral spatial neglect or severe visual impairment; 4) Patients with upper limb spasm, Ashworth of affected shoulder, elbow or wrist and hand larger than 2; 5) Heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organs function decline or failure; 6) Wear a pacemaker, have metal implants inside the skull, or have a skull defect; 7) There are severe cervical spondylosis including severe cervical spinal stenosis and cervical instability.
