Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. a single pregnancy child; 2. Voluntary informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Twin or multiple pregnancy; 2. A history of repeated miscarriage or premature delivery; 3. A history of acute and chronic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, endocrine and metabolic diseases, liver and kidney diseases, rheumatism, rheumatoid, lupus and other autoimmune diseases); 4. Infection and inflammation; 5. Other complications of pregnancy (such as fetal growth restriction, placenta previa, placental abruption, intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus, preeclampsia and eclampsia); 6. A history of infection (e.g. hepatitis, syphilis, etc.); 7. Bad habits such as tobacco and alcohol; 8. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 9. The researchers considered it inappropriate for clinical subjects for other reasons.
