Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The patients were in accordance with the definition of primary insomnia in the Handbook of diagnosis and statistics of mental diseases (4th Edition); 2) The main complaint is that it is difficult to fall asleep, or to maintain sleep, or the quality of sleep is poor for at least one month; 3) Right hand advantage; 4) Age from 20 to 60 years; 5) No psychoactive drugs were taken prior to and during the study for at least two weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other types of sleep disorders (such as narcolepsy, narcolepsy, etc.); 2) Insomnia related to a specific cause, such as drugs, alcohol or a major history of mental illness (such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.); 3) There are serious heart, kidney, liver, gastrointestinal tract, infectious, endocrine disease or cancer; 4) Have a history of nervous system diseases (such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.) or signs of cognitive decline (such as mild cognitive impairment, dementia, etc.) or emotional regulation disorders (such as depression, anxiety, etc.); 5) Will affect the treatment of sleep; 6) Abnormal conventional brain MRI (such as tumor, subdural hematoma, etc.).
