DV group:2ug/kg dexmedetomidine nasal accompanied by cartoon video 30 min before anesthesia
C group:30 min before anesthesia adapt to the environment with the parent.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing the first elective stabimus surgery. 2. Aged 3-6 years. 3. American Society Anesthesiologists Class I-II. 4. BMI 14~20kg/m2. 5. The patient and the parents agree and sign the informed consent form before the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a history of neurological and psychiatric disease; 2. taking analgesic and sedative drugs; 3. important comorbidities; 4. stunted or mentally retarded; 5. allergic to dexmedetomidine.
