Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological diagnosis was confirmed as breast cancer, which was treated with radical mastectomy and radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 2. The patients who met the criteria of lymphedema of upper extremity after mastectomy in breast oncology. The patients who had postoperative lymphedema and the difference between arm circumference and healthy side was more than 2cm. And according to the criteria of lymphedema of stage I-III formulated by the international lymphatics Association; 3. The patients who were over 18 years old; 4. Have certain reading and writing ability; 5. Sign the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with distant metastasis of tumor; 2. Patients with serious complications such as systemic infection and severe anemia; 3. Patients with local rupture and bleeding tendency; 4. Patients with edema caused by thrombus and other factors; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with related drug allergy; 7. Patients with previous history of mental illness or dementia or poor compliance.
