Group 1:Intramuscular of ketorolac

Group 2:Intravenous infusion of ketorolac

Group 3:Intravenous pump of ketorolac

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; Body mass index (BMI) 19 to 28kg / m2; 2. ASA grades I to II; 3. Selective Thyroidectomy surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Willing and able to comply with the trial protocol; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction, and abnormal coagulation function; 2. History of allergies to NSAIDs; 3. Damage of liver and kidney function; 4. long-term drinking or drug abuse history; 5. History of gastrointestinal ulcer.
