Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Diagnosed as diabetes; 3. The diagnosis of diabetic foot is in line with the definition of DF as defined by the international DF working group in 1999: foot ulcers, infections and/or deep tissue destruction related to distal nerve abnormalities and peripheral vascular lesions of different degrees; 4. Classification S(AD)SAD scoring system, 5-9 points; 5. Communication between patients or primary caregivers is barrier-free, regular outpatient follow-up; 6. Patients informed and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious heart, liver, kidney and other organic diseases and mental consciousness disorders; 2. Patients or primary caregivers cannot communicate through Internet software such as WeChat.
