Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing heart surgery; 2. Patients with informed contemporaneous books; 3. No infectious diseases occurred within 1 week before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infectious diseases within 1 week before operation or antibiotics within 1 week before operation; 2. The patient and his/her family request to quit; 3. Abuse ofantibiotic by doctors.
