Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with indications of heart transplantation 1. Patients with refractory heart failure (VAD) requiring the use of positive inotropic drugs and ventricular assist devices; 2. Persisting functional classes III or IV; 3. Oxygen consumption(V02)35 or 6-minute walk test<300m; 8. have echocardiography examination after HT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with heart failure can be effectively relieved by medical treatment drugs, or with absolute contraindications for heart transplantation; 1. With pulmonary hypertension (pulmonary vascular resistance, PVR>5 Woodunits); 2. With severe cerebrovascular diseases; 3. With severe peripheralvascular diseases; 4. With severe liver failure; 5. With severe pulmonary disease; 6. ABO incompatibility in prospective crossmatching between donor and recipient; 7. With severe psychiatric disease,chemicaldependence,and poor compliance to treatment. 8. Poor image quality.
