18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. ASA grades II~III; 3. Patients who plan to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With Severe liver, kidney and other chronic disease; 2. Patients with contraindications to regional block technique (allergic to local anesthetic, peripheral infection of puncture site and coagulation disorders); 3. Patients with dementia or severe cognitive impairment; 4. With any cerebrovascular accident occurred within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc; 5. With any communication difficulty; 6. With a history of dependence on painkillers.
