18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures diagnosed as II and III according to sander classificationI; 2. Patients with closed and fresh fractures; 3. Patients with fractures treated by extended lateral incision or tarsal sinus incision; 4. Patients who can be followed up for more than one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures diagnosed as I and IV according to sander classification; 2. With malunion, nonunion, open, and bilateral fractures; 3. With associated or multiple trauma; 4. With severe systemic diseases and commodity.
