Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. EP patients with definite diagnosis and menopause time no more than 60 days; 2. Patients without obvious abnormality in blood routine examination, with higher serum beta hCG concentration and without acute abdominal symptoms on day 4; 3. Patients whose transvaginal ultrasound showed no abnormal uterine size; 4. Patients who are generally in good condition without hepatorenal disease or other serious systemic diseases; 5. Patients have a strong desire for childbearing and good compliance; 6. All patients voluntarily participate in the study and sign the treatment consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients whose blood beta hCG decreased from the initial concentration on the 4th day; 2. With severe cardiopulmonary hepatorenal; 3. With severe blood diseases; 4. Initial concentration over 2000 mIU / ml; 5. Patients with general instability and internal bleeding; 6. With the diameter of pregnancy mass is more than 4cm; 7. Patients with gestational sac visible in the mass of gestational sac; 8. Cases that do not meet the inclusion criteria or the case report records are not standardized; 9. Cases launched due to adverse reactions or poor efficacy; 10. Cases with poor compliance and lack of follow-up.
