Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients undergoing elective general anesthesia, the operation time is more than 30 minutes and less than 3 hours, the endotracheal catheter or tracheostomy should be removed after operation; 2. The age is more than 18 years old, without upper limit; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-IV; 4. With no serious cardiovascular disease, cardiac function >=3; 5. With no serious respiratory disease, SpO2 >=90% under deoxygenation; 6. With no congenital myasthenia , lactate acidosis, mitochondrial myopathy, etc.; 7. The subjects or their families voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The operation time is less than 30 minutes or more than 3 hours; 2. With serious cardiovascular disease with cardiac function less than grade 3; 3. With serious respiratory disease with SpO2 less than 90% under deoxygenation condition; 4. With hyperlactatemia; 5. With obesity, snoring or body mass index (BMI) >=35 kg/m2; 6. The patients received general anesthesia within 2 weeks before the study; 7. The patients are transferred to ICU directly after the operation.
