15 Years to 49 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Retrospective collection was performed from January 2015 to March 2020, and prospective collection will be held from April 2020 to December 2021 at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University,and enrolled patients will be initially diagnosed with endometriosis; 2. Aged 15 to 49 years old; 3. Complete basic initial diagnosis information; 4. Gynaecological examinations are performed in vagino-recto-abdominal examination (married) or anal examinations (unmarried) 5. MRI detection using 3D-SPACE 4. Complete in-patient medical history information, preoperative examination and surgical imaging data; 5. Complete clinical diagnosis and treatment process; 6. Surgery plus drug treatment; 7. The final postoperative diagnosis should be endometriosis and confirmed by histopathological examination; 8. Complete outpatient follow-up data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have Received endometriosis-related hormone therapy for more than 3 months before surgery; 2. Surgery is not performed by the fixed attending physician; 3. Pathological diagnosis does not support the evidence of endometriosis.
