15 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Suspected tuberculosis patients who first diagnosed with x-ray positive; 2. The patients who can cough by oneself or cooperate with induction of phlegm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With old tuberculosis; 2. With extra pulmonary tuberculosis; 3. Patients who have been diagnosed or treated; 4. Patients who are unable to collect qualified sputum.
