Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients participate study voluntarily and sign informed consent, undergo mechanical ventilation and general anesthesia, supinal-position surgery, operation duration >2h, over 18 years old, BMI 18.5-24.9kg/m2, ASA grade I-III, Allen test negative, and met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded according to any one of the following criteria: patients reject, severe arrhythmia, pleuroperitoneal hypertension, severe peripheral vascular disease, severe cardiac insufficiency, EF<35%.
