Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With lymph node, lung and bone metastases of differentiated thyroid cancer; 2. Patients without iodine treatment; 3. Patients with complete surgical and pathological data; 4. Patients with complete pre-treatment imaging; 5. Iodine scan results after radioactive iodine treatment; 6. Patients with complete blood test of thyroid cancer index before iodine treatment(TSH, Tg, TgAb); 7. With complete surgical pathological sections.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With undifferentiated type A carcinoma; 2. With no radioactive iodine treatment; 3. With incomplete surgical and pathological data; 4. With no imaging examination; 5. With unknown pathological and surgical data; 6. With history of other malignant tumors.
