Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years or older scheduled for an elective abdominal surgery; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I–III; 3. Patients provide informed consent are enrolled in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received chemotherapy within 3 months before the study; 2. Patients who used hormone or immunosuppressant within 1 month before the study; 3. With preoperative infectious; 4. Patients enrolled in other trials 3 months before study.
