Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in our hospital from April 2020 to June 2022, BNP > 100 pg/ml and 50% LVEF 221µmol/l. Patients with chronic heart failure (HFrEF or HFmrEF) with renal failure; 2. Han nationality patients, aged 18-80 years; 3. Patients under the condition of fully standardized treatment of anti heart failure drugs; 4. Patients who are willing to participate in the subject with the full informed consent of the above criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of renal artery stenosis or had a history of renal artery stenosis. 2. With Type 1 diabetes; 3. With severe valvular heart disease; 4. Pregnancy or planned pregnancy during the course of the study; 5. Patients in acute stage of infarction and cerebrovascular accident; 6. Patients with implanted CRT pacemaker.
