Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and over; 2. ASA I- III; 3. Patients who scheduled for elective major upper abdominal surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Patients with no communication barriers can cooperate with intervention, understand the use of pain score scale and operate patient-controlled analgesia equipment; 5. The subjects who will sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to nerve block (eg, local infection); 2. Preoperative examination of tumor patients indicates that the tumor has metastasis; 3. Chronic opioid users; 4. With allergic to any drugs used in study; 5. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within three months; 6. Other reasons why researchers think necessary to exclude.
