Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) over 18 years of age, there was no history of coronary artery bypass grafting in patients undergoing cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation. (2) the cardiac function was inferior to grade III. (3) sinus rhythm. (4) ASA I-II, patients undergoing selective operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Persons with a history of atrial arrhythmia and who had received antiarrhythmic treatment, including pacemakers. (2) Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was less than 0.3 in patients with severe cardiac dysfunction. (3) Other organ dysfunction, including renal failure (creatinine (> 200 micromol / L), severe liver failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. (4) Those who had cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation and bradycardia (<50 times /min). (5) Patients with atrial fibrillation were excluded from arrhythmia caused by electrolyte imbalance (K + < 3.5 mmol/L), high fever and internal environment disturbance.
