Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 30-60 who can understand and independently complete the questionnaire and choose to undergo gynecological operation without menopause; 2. American Association of Anesthesiologists I-II; 3. Patients who can understand and complete the questionnaire independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With gynecological malignant tumor surgery; 2. Have a history of major depression and mental illness; 3. With previous ketamine contraindications such as severe refractory hypertension, pulmonary heart disease, hyperthyroidism, epilepsy, increased intracranial pressure or intracranial space-occupying lesions, and history of cerebrovascular accidents; 4. With a history of drug and alcohol addiction; 5. Patients who refuse to be included in clinical observation.
