Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged >= 18 years with ASA physical status I–III scheduled for elective VATS procedures for early-stage NSCLC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiac, pulmonary, renal, or liver dysfunction, second- or third-degree atrioventricular block, neuropsychiatric disorders, immune system disease, allergy to local anesthetics, or history of chemotherapy.
