Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Time limit: 2020.06.01-2020.10.31; 2. Diseases: femoral neck fracture with BMD <= -2.5 and intertrochanteric fracture with BMD <=-2.5; 3. Intervention: planned open reduction and internal fixation surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being treated with osteoporosis medications in addition to calcium and vitamin D; 2. Patients with pathological fractures other than osteoporosis; 3. With other systemic diseases of bone metabolism other than osteoporosis; 4. With severe infectious or neoplastic bone disease; 5. With Lumbar fractures; 6. With coagulation dysfunction or other bleeding disorders; 7. With thrombosis of lower limb arteries or deep veins; 8. With serious medical or nutritional disorders; 9. With severe cognitive impairment or mental illness.
