Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with pulmonary parenchymal lesions between the ages of 18 and 80 years, at sea level, were examined by right heart catheterization at rest mPAP >= 35mmHg or mPAP>= 25mmHg and CI the accompanying pulmonary artery Diameter; bronchus within l cm below the pleura; 5. Exclusion criteria
