Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) An uncomplicated singleton in low risk of general anesthesia; 2) Gestational weeks more than 37; 3) aged 20 to 40 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Diabetes mellitus; 2) hypertension; 3) obesity (BMI > 40 kg/m2); 4) previous gastric or oesophageal surgery; 5) airway examination that revealed risk factors for difficult intubation; 6) preeclampsia or hemolysis; 7) elevated Liver enzymes; 8) low platelets; 9) unable to understand the information or did not want to participate in the study; 10) eating food within four hours before entering the delivery room; 11) other circumstances under which the patients to be ineligible for this study considered by the investigators.
