Interventions

Chemotherapy group:Consolidation chemotherapy alone

Chemotherapy combined with NK cell infusion group:NK cells were given at the end of each consolidation chemotherapy

60 Years to 72 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) acute myeloid leukemia was diagnosed according to WHO diagnostic criteria; 2) complete remission of bone marrow images after chemotherapy; 3) aged >= 60 years; 4) heart, lung, liver and kidney function are basically normal; 5) the ECOG score for physical condition developed by the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) is 0 ~ 2; 6) KPS functional state score >=70 points; 7) agree to join the clinical trial and sign the consent for immunotherapy.
